Luke Parkinson

My journey into personal training began after an injury cut short my sporting ambitions. While rehabbing from a torn quad, I discovered a deep passion for the gym and developed a real appreciation for how movement and strength contribute to a healthy, high-performing life.

Over time, I developed a deep passion for biomechanics—understanding how the body is designed to move and function. I focus on helping people train in a way that supports natural movement patterns, improves performance, and reduces the risk of injury. My goal is to empower others to move better, feel stronger, and achieve results they once thought were out of reach.
